There is also a bus stop at the top of the road and we have a shed & bike racks in the back garden (with rear access).
The house has a shared living room, bathroom with shower/bath, downstairs toilet, kitchen, conservatory-dining area and garden.
We are three friendly professionals, easy going and looking for someone to replace our housemate who's moving in with his girlfriend.
Rent is £250/month. We split bills (electricity & gas, water, internet, council tax) between us and it's about £80-90/month.
