Hey, I am looking for someone to fill in my room at Northernhay House.
It is a Non-Ensuite room (15m2) in a 7 bed flat at £119/w total and has a large kitchen with sofas. The room also has a 3/4 bed. Currently living there is one first year, 3 second years and one third year who are all really nice. Moving in date is flexible but preferable before January and the tenancy lasts until the 27th June.
The flat is in the city centre, 15 mins walk away from Streatham Campus and 10 mins walk from St Luke’s. It’s a 10 second walk away from Time Piece and Hole in the Wall and is just off the main high street so it’s a prime location for socials or your food shop.
