I am a Junior Doctor, with 2 spare double bedrooms in my Victorian terrace house in Exeter. I am ideally looking for a couple of new F1 Doctors to live in the house for their 2 years at RD&E, but I am open to all professionals. The house is currently undergoing renovation and decorating, which will be completed by July 2021! It will be fully furnished - but there is an option to have an unfurnished bedroom if requested. An added bonus is the huge garden shed (perfect for bike storage, etc), which also has an electricity supply! There is also ample parking at the rear of the house in a car park (Permit Zone C), for only £30 per year.
