Currently one other housemate living there who is a lovely guy, very easy to live with and studying Maths at the University of Exeter. The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. It is very spacious. The rest of the house includes a shared bathroom, small lounge area with sofas and a table and a kitchen. The property also has outdoor space, with a wooden table and shed. The lease agreement is from the start of September 2021 for 11 months.
