My name is Meg (22) and I’m currently living with Matty and Ed (25). I’m currently a supervisor for a sweet shop, and Ed is a support worker. Matty has decided to go to uni and will be leaving us in September, and we are looking for someone who would like to take his spacious room.
The room comes with a wardrobe, desk, and bed frame. It is the biggest bedroom in the house, getting lots of natural sunlight in the day. We live 5 minutes from the city centre and have a lovely garden that gets lots of sun in the summer. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and bath. There is a spare room downstairs for hanging washing etc, and we have a kitchen with a washing machine.
Me and Ed spend a lot of our time in the living room when we are not working - watching tv and playing video games is a big hobby for us both. We are looking for someone who would be happy to live with two other social people, and who would be comfortable spending their time around us when using the living room.
Bills all together come to £450, £330 for rent and the rest contributes to the internet, electricity, heating and water (most of which we are on a fixed rate for).
