There is free parking on the street outside, and the house is just opposite a train station.
City centre is a 20-25 minute walk.
Only one bathroom between the 4 bedrooms, however it is split so the toilet room is seperate from the bath/shower room.
Good size kitchen and lounge.
No pets, smokers are OK but must go outside to smoke.
