I'm leaving this lovely one bed flat and advertising on behalf of the landlord (who is also lovely and super helpful if there are any problems!)

The flat is part of a building with four other flats, all owned by the same landlord.
- Kitchen/diner (roughly 6x7m)
- Bedroom (roughly 7x8m)
- Ensuite shower/toilet (roughly 1x3m)
- Shared garden (and washing line!)
- Bike shed in back garden
- Communal laundry facilities available
*Water is included in the £650 rent. Council tax, electricity, WiFi would be additional bills.

The pictures show the property furnished but the landlord rents it unfurnished.

I'm keen to sell the furniture as I have decided to move back to London and would be easier for me to move without furniture. The sofa is a click clack sofa bed (£250 new), bed frame (£110 new), memory foam mattress (£250 new), IKEA cube storage shelves (I think they were £60) - these were all purchased in Jan/Feb this year so in good condition. The fridge freezer I bought for £50 off previous tenant. I'm happy to sell all of these for a total of £300 if you like the look of them when viewing (and maybe any other bits), but of course if you have furniture I'll ensure these are removed prior to leaving.

*Please note the landlord requires references and the flat is only suitable for working professionals, and single occupancy. The contract would be on a 12 month basis. Deposit is one month rent (£650).
