I am currently looking for a roommate to join me in my house in Exeter. The AD does say November. However if I find the right person, I am open to bringing that day forward!

The house is in a great location! A short walk to Exeter St Davids. It’s about a 20 minute walk into the city centre. Bus routes within a 2 minute walk!

I previously lived here with a friend and I am now looking for somebody to take their place. You will need to be on the tenancy agreement therefore you will be as responsible as I am for the property. You will need to have the standard checks done through the letting agency.

Monthly rent is £820 which includes ALL bills. Including Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, TV License and Internet.

There is sky TV in the living room and both mine and the other bedroom including a Netflix pass! (All included in the price).

Off Road & Private Parking. Shed in the garden and a garage - meaning lots of storage space!

The property also has a third single bedroom for extra storage or if either of us have guests stay!

About Me!
My name is Luke and I am 29 years old. I work in Recruitment which means I am out of the house for most of the day! I leave at around 6:45 and I return around 6pm! I love finding a good Netflix series to binge. So I hope we have the same taste!! Otherwise we can take it in turns! To be honest, I would also love to find a friend! Someone to get on with, have a drink at the weekend!!

I am gay - so it is important that, that is not an issue for you!

And one more thing… I have a Jack Russell called Jessie. She is an absolute diamond. Very well behaved and loves cuddles with pretty much anyone! She has separation anxiety so goes everywhere with me! She would also love to make new friends. Please feel free to ask for pictures. Just be aware, I’ll probably spam you with loads!!

As for you… I’m really open to anybody! Would love to meet with whomever beforehand and see if we click. Age, Gender, Sexual Orientation is irrelevant to me! Somebody who looks after themselves and their surroundings and doesn’t live in a pile of mess 24/7 would be great!
