There are a bakery, local Tesco store, pharmacy, two pubs and a cafe shop nearby.

The house is a newly build mid-terrace house, with a private back garden and two private parking spaces. Gas central heating, gas hobs.

The room is furnished with a built in small closet, comfortable double bed with a brand new Emma mattress.
Nb! I can provide with two bedside tables and an extra wardrobe, chest of drawers or a desk as there is space for one of the listed.

The bathroom is equipped with over the bath shower, central heating, toilet and modern sink with a mirror above.

There is a separate toilet downstairs too.

All bills are included, apart from internet.

The house has a spacious open plan kitchen - dining- living space. The living space leads onto a generous back garden that gets plenty of sunshine in the morning and afternoon. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, washing/drying machine, coffee machine, blender, toaster, kettle, plates, cutlery, cups etc.

Sharing with a 37 year old medical doctor, who enjoys going to the gym, hiking and traveling.

The price is higher as you will have the house for yourself most of the time as I will be away a lot.
