I own the house and live here with one other awesome housemate. We both work full-time, rise early, sleep early, and enjoy a calm home life. We love a chat and a wine.

Location wise - ten min walk to the quay, the cycle paths and town. Close to lots of amenities like the leisure center, supermarkets and the best coffee shop in Exeter is a five minute walk away.
