Double Room near St Davids Station

I am a teacher and have a double room available to let during weekdays, opposite St Davids station and easy access to Exeter city centre and University.
I am currently re-decorating so no photos of room yet but happy if you want to come and have a look. Will be furnished with the basics.
The bedroom is next to the main bathroom, which will be almost for sole use by the tenant ( I have an en-suite shower, but would use the bath occasionally). The bathroom has recently been redecorated.
Access to all communal spaces in the house.
Must be ok with dogs, even better if you're happy to take the old spaniel out every now and then!
