This is a modern, high-spec flat and I'm looking for a tidy, easy-going professional to share with. The flat is 10 minutes walk to the cathedral, Exeter St Davids and close to the university. It's on Bonhay road, close to sports facilities, local shops, lovely walks and the quay.

Your room is a large double size and is furnished (desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe). You can have the main bathroom to yourself in general (I've got my own bathroom).

This great flat has a large open plan kitchen / diner / lounge overlooking the river Exe with lovely views and a balcony. The block of flats has a security gate. Car parking is £50 extra per month, covered and secure. There's a washer-dryer and dishwasher. Bills are included. There's superfast fibre BT infinity broadband and wifi.

I'm a friendly, considerate, tidy professional with outdoorsy interests. No agent fees.

My girlfriend stays some nights and I'm away quite often.

I would consider a Mon-Fri lodger for £350 pcm.
