Hello,

I am looking for someone friendly to share this semi-detached rental from the 1st April 2017. For £382.50 you get to share a large two bedroom semi detached house and garden (bills not included).

The house is a two bed (and box room) house with living room, dining room, kitchen (with washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave), bathroom (with shower and bath) and a small garden and shed. There is free on street parking outside the house. The house is in a great location with the doctors, dentist, coop, post office, bus routes and park are just around the corner. Waitrose and Polsloe Bridge train station are 10mins walk and it's 20 mins walk into town.

Your room is a large sunny unfurnished double room with a large fitted wardrobe and faces the garden at the back of the house. I think you'll like it! There is a box room that can be used for storage, or whatever we decide.

I am hoping to find a friendly music loving and animal loving person to join me. I like to share the cooking (I am vegan - but you don't have to be) and go on occasional outings to the pub and great outdoors as well as spend some time to myself. I play a variety of musical instruments and I have two pet rats called Ana and Elsa who can be your friends too :)

The house is let as a whole through a letting agent so deposit and agents fees will apply to set up the new contract. Deposit is around the £450 mark and I am currently confirming the fees (possibly about £150 - £200).

(Rent for a couple will be £475, plus 2/3 of the bills)
