The room includes a double bed, chest of drawers, bed side cabinets and wardrobe and a desk and chair. The room has a large window with blackout blinds.. It has a modern ensuite facility: shower, toilet and sink.
The house is fully equipped with everything from a smart TV with a Virgin media package in the lounge and Wifi throughout. The lounge sits people in comfortable sofa's and chairs. The large Kitchen comprises of all mod cons. A view on this house is highly recommended. There are many cupboards with half a fridge space each and a large chest freezer in the garage. The kitchen is fully fitted including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. A henry hoover and iron/ ironing board can be found under the stairs.
The garage can be used for storage for bikes, luggage and other items. The outside courtyard area has cast iron chairs and tables for that morning coffee, or a cool drink and a barbecue in the summer.
All bills are paid for. The rent is £541 per calendar month and a £500 deposit.
The rent can be paid every four weeks or if you prefer we can arrange different ways e. g monthly or weekly. Viewing highly recommended!
