Only minutes from Haven Banks Waterside/Piazza Terracina, the Quay and it's buzzing life of activities, cafe's and restaurants. Easy walk to the city center within 15 minutes with a bus stop only 25 yards away.

The rent is £500pcm including ALL expenses plus a £200 refundable deposit. The minimum contract would usually be 6 months but given the situation we are all facing and uncertainty caused by this pandemic as well as personal circumstances shorter term let's would be preferred.

Due to covid-19 I would appreciate a tenant who won't be throwing parties and someone who values high standards of hygiene and cleanliness and will maintain this.

My preference is for a female tenant. I have shared with people from all walks of life but have been better suited to share with a female tenant who is clean, tidy and would enjoy their own space and time to themselves.

References are required . As I am a 'live in landlord' I can provide contact details for a reference from previous tenants to any prospective tenant.
