Frequent buses from outside gate to Exeter city centre, hospital, Exeter Business Park, Met Office, Tescos, Sowton Industrial Estate. Also walking distance to Heavitree shops and amenities, city centre, hospital, industrial estate/business park etc. Cleaner and gardener provided. Rent includes all bills, nothing else to pay.
