Large double bedroom with ensuite available in a 3 bedroom house situated in the Rydons area, near Countess Wear. There is a regular local bus service into town and quick access to the motorway and Sowton & Marsh Barton industrial estates. Newcourt train station is about a 2 minute walk from the house.
A double bed is provided (although can be removed if necessary) and there is plenty of space for any of your own furniture. There is also a good sized ensuite with sink, toilet and shower. We have a shared kitchen/dining room, lounge, cloakroom and private garden with Sky and Broadband. There is allocated parking outside the house.
We are looking for a young professional who we can hang out with on occasion. We like to keep the house clean and tidy, it's our home and whilst we all have the option for privacy we also like that we can sit in the lounge with a cup of tea to relax in the evenings with some company if we want it.
Bills are currently £84 a month each and are dealt with by us rather than the landlord, there is no deposit but we ask that a month's bills are paid on time please (28th of each month).
