There are great views from the house and we are a short walk to town, the University, Morrisons and there is also a bus stop 5 minutes away.

Light and cosy double room (for single occupancy) comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chair. You will have sharing access to the living room, kitchen. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet downstairs.

The room would be ideal for someone who is working full time and likes a peaceful way of life, tidy and considerate of others. Not a party house. Open to to considering a Monday-Friday let for slightly reduced price.

Water, council tax, gas, electric and broadband are all included in the rent. You must be able to provide references from a previous landlord.
