The house is a new build and modern, with a shared kitchen/bathroom and garden.
The room is located on the second floor and includes a wardrobe, bed . Price is £500 per month, all bills included (including fast fibre internet).
The current housemates are looking for someone to fit in well to ensure the house remains fun and homely. They are a very friendly tidy and respectfull people.
AS youd be on same floor as female house mate it would work best as another female sharing same floor with bathroom thanks.
