A quiet spacious room overlooking leafy gardens in a large modern house.

The house is close to local amenities and is 2 minutes walk from Streatham Campus. The house is situated on the edge of Duryard nature reserve, in a desirable part of Exeter, close to country walks and city centre.

The homeowner lives in the property and works at the University of Exeter and shares the house with her elderly mother and two children (girl aged 9 and boy 14).

The room would be ideal for someone who is working full time and likes a peaceful way of life, tidy and considerate of others. Not a party house and there is no TV in the living room although you are welcome to have your own TV in your room.

You will have use of a shared Kitchen, fully equipped and shared living Space and shared bathroom. WiFi and all bills included. The house has 5 bedrooms and two family members have their own private ensuite bathrooms.

The room would suit someone relocating to Exeter to work at the University, or similar professional, or a post graduate researcher coming to the University from overseas.

We have recently hosted a visiting lecturer from China and a PhDs from China - which has worked really well.

I would also be happy to consider a Monday-Friday arrangement.
