Double room to rent in digby & sowton

Room is unfurnished and of pretty decent size (fits in a double bed and a spare double mattress on the floor alongside wardrobe and chest of drawers) and still leaving floor space!).

The bathroom is relatively modern with a shower over bath-decent pressure shower. Kitchen/living room with lots of space and cupboards and is fully furnished with fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster...

There is a car port available with a large parking space in front (I've managed to get three cars bumper to bumper on it) but there's also non permit parking elsewhere except on match days. The flat is a 5min walk to Digby and Sowton station which gets you to town in 8mins or Exmouth in 20mins. A short walk to the local park and big Tesco's too! It's also really well placed for access to the M5, A38 and A30 so options for commuting to outside of Exeter is good.

The remaining housemate is lovely-I've been living here since April 2016 and he has genuinely been the easiest person to live with. The landlord lets the flat through a lettings agency but they aren't intrusive but they are very helpful when needed.

The rent is £357.50 per month and then we put into £150 a bills account each month to cover all bills (council tax, water, gas/electric and BT Tv, phone and internet)

There is no garden, but within 5 minutes you can walk to the local park and the area itself has lots of trees and greenery. There is a storage space under the house too if needed.

I ideally would move out on the 26th September, but could move out by the 17th September if necessary.

I am looking for someone who will get on well with my housemate, is reasonably clean/respectful.
