. Residential Parking - permits available if required
. Garden front and back available to all residents. Large park two min walk away.
. Secure back garden to lock bikes.
. Appliances available - Washing machine and tumble dryer.

. PGCE students, Post Grads and Short term lets are welcome.

. I work full time as a teacher so a quiet space in the evening is essential!
