Hi!
We have a double room available to rent in a large new build house in St Thomas, Exeter – 5min walk from the Quay 10min from town.
We are two working professional males in our 30’s, and are looking to fill the 3rd room which is due to become available early August.
Both of us are laid back, clean, friendly, outgoing and considerate and enjoy living in the house. The house has a large kitchen, lounge and garden. We also have a bathroom and a downstairs toilet. There is plenty of space in the house for 3 people to live comfortably.
It is a very social and communal house share and we often go out together or spend time in the lounge.
The rent is £540 per month with all bills included. This also covers wireless internet, virgin media TV.
Both males and females welcome and viewings easily arranged. The house is very good value for money!
Please feel free to contact us to find out more or arrange a viewing.
I should mention we're both none smokers and we cannot accept pets, sorry.
