Room to let in 2 year old house situated in Pinhoe.

We can look at reduced rent if you only will be here monday- Friday.

Room includes double bed, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes, curtains and 32 inch tv.

You will just need to bring your own bedding and towels.

Washing machine and dishwasher in kitchen.
Shower over bath in shared bathroom.

All bills included including superfast fibre broadband.

Parking is on a quiet street as we use the drive, you will have no trouble parking.

There is a bus link into city centre and sowton industrial estate.
Pinhoe railway station is an under 10 minute walk.

House is not far from m5/a38 but also close to city centre.

We have a 5 month old miniature dachshund puppy who is full of beans so if you are not keen on dogs our home is probably not right for you because she loves everyone and will want to say hi to you bit ultimately she stays with us in the lounge and is never left at home alone.
We also have a nervous but friendly cat but he hides a lot so you won't see him.

We are not looking to add any more pets to the household.

We are a couple that works Monday-Friday normal hours.
