Full use of kitchen/diner incl dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of personal storage space in freezer, fridge and own cupboard.

Shared enclosed Italian garden with pond. Beautiful old building with lots of character and very peaceful. Balcony for sitting outside.

Plenty of Free Parking – 4 miles outside Exeter in Exminster – local shop & pub. There is a regular bus service (the "B" route), directly into The City Centre; very convenient bus stop at the main gate. (Runs passed the RDE hospital)

Easy connections to: Met office, Sowton Ind Est, Exeter Business Park, South West Water at Pynes Hill, RD&E Hospital, Exeter University and Middlemoor.

I keep a clean, tidy and quiet house and will welcome a lodger with similar standards please. I have a kitten who is very friendly. (7 months old now) I practice yoga and work full time.
