I'm a professional who is busy with work during the day mon-fri. I'm a non smoker, owner of a very friendly dog, into sport and very social.
The house is immaculately clean and tidy and I'd preferably welcome someone who is similar. Ideally someone within the same age range 20s-40s.
The house is well located for anyone working at the RD&E/Marsh Barton but provides a close base to the city centre (buses every 20 mins) as well as all major road links being within 5 minutes (M5/A38/A30).
The room is very private, furnished with a desk space for work and plenty of storage available. The property boasts a large rear garden, modern kitchen and living room spaces as well as an upstairs and downstairs bathroom.
Wifi/washing machine/kitchen appliances all included!
