The Room -
The room is bright with a tall sash window and featured lighting throughout. It contains a single bed and furniture including a bespoke desk, chair, double wardrobe and drawers. The desk can be folded down to allow for more space. The room size is 8'10" x 7'10". All bills included. A larger room will be available at £595/mth which is double ensuite, with three tall sash windows.

The House -
Bright, clean, quiet and quite recently decorated throughout. Lounge with doors opening to the patio and garden, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one being ensuite. Good hot water & heating system. Bike shed and off street parking. Quiet, secure gated estate with beautiful grounds.

Exeter City Centre -
About four miles drive. Regular direct number 2 bus service taking approximately 15 mins. Cycle path to Exeter Quay.

RDE Hospital -
The 2 bus stops right outside the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, taking approx. 10 mins.

Met Office -
Ten minutes by car or twenty five minutes by bike.

Exeter University -
St. Luke's Campus: 2 bus, approx. 13 minutes door.
Streatham Campus: B bus via Marsh Barton to the bottom of Stoke Hill and then the uni is walking distance from there.

Exeter International Airport -
Ten minutes by taxi. There are flights to quite a number of international and national destinations including daily to London.

Exminster Village -
Walking approx 10 mins or bus in a couple of minutes. The village has a number of amenities including a supermarket, doctors surgery, pharmacy, post office, pubs, a deli, car mechanic and car parking.

Other -
The Exeter Golf & Country Club is nearby which has swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi and sport facilities, and also close to Topsham, and Topsham Rail Station which goes to Exeter Central Station and St David's Rail Station, both of these having direct trains to London. The Carriages restaurant is close too as is Matford Park & Ride. Many cycle paths. Number 2 bus also goes to: Countess Wear, Kenton, Starcross, Shutterton, Dawlish, Teignmouth, Bishopsteignton, Warecross, Sandygate, Kingsteignton and Newton Abbot.
