The flat has two bedrooms and I rent the other bedroom. I’m a friendly, sociable professional aged 32 (female) who loves the outdoors, particularly the beach and the sea. I'm clean and tidy, and like to keep the place homely. I love sea swimming, paddle boarding, hiking, camping and yoga.

Bills are £140 on top of £450 rent so total of £590 per month all in - that includes council tax, water, gas, elec, internet. The rental agreement is a joint tenancy contract with a minimum 6 month term (then moving to rolling contract after that, with 1 month notice period). Rental is with a private landlord who lives locally in Exmouth, no estate agent involved.
Previous landlord reference and £500 deposit required.
