I am a 29 year old friendly female looking to rent out 2 light, airy, good sized double rooms in a 6 bed end terraced house.

I am looking for house mates who are neat and considerate.

The rooms can either be unfurnished or come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers.

There is broadband, there will be a fortnightly cleaner (communal areas) and on street parking.

The house is located near Phear park and is close to town and Exmouth Beach. We are right on the 57 bus route and a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Rent is £450 (smaller room-GONE) £500pm (larger room) (to be paid in advance) which includes all bills, 1 months notice is required.

Please note, there is ongoing renovations at the property.
