My house is a large mid terrace - I sometimes have friends and family to stay or do intermittent retreat b&b with the spare room so the house is not meant to be fully occupied on a permanent basis. I am semi retired and have a self-employed therapeutic practice on ground floor. For this reason I need quiet respectful lodgers who wont disturb the overall peace of the house . There is a shared kitchen , breakfast room and bathroom and separate toilet. I have my own facilities downstairs but reserve the right to ocasionally use the upstairs facilities myself. NB: My house is currently for sale as im moving within Exmouth area - im happy for lodger to move with me if we get on - otherwise this is for 3 months or a bit longer only. Please note the parking is only for small medium cars strictly not more than 11’6” in length (3.51 metres).
