Large kitchen/diner with washing machine, fridge freezer, plenty of cooking space and large oak table. Great views of the city.

Newly fitted bathroom with electric shower and large bath.

Superfast unlimited Virgin broadband is also included in the rent. All rooms have central heating. On road parking available!

The house is in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of the city centre. 1-minute walk to local shops and bus stops.

Monday to Friday let also considered - rates can we discussed depending on the number of days.
