I am a young professional 34yrs - Regional Manager with a spare room for short and long term let.

I spend a minimum of 4-5 nights away at my girlfriend's house or travelling for work. So it will be a quiet environment for your own personal space. The area is very quiet and 1.5miles to the city centre from Farm Hill, less than a minute walk to Bustop 2x buses to city centre.

This is a fully furnished three bed house with conservatory and nice garden.

Vibre optic broadband and free Netflix.

I am very sociable and quite occupied with my work equally. Lots of travel for me as a regional manager. I would prefer someone who is objective and who is also tidy.

I enjoy having friends around during spare time so you are welcome to have boy - girl friends and family for sleepovers.

Double bed with the plenty of space both in the room and house as a hole; Living room, kitchen and conservatory you won't feel limited.

One room as spare for my daughter who lives with mum but I have her most weekend and random nights.

Storage for bikes and off street parking.

I am open to Monthly or weekly rents with a 2 weeks deposit.

Couples welcome but we will discuss further.
