We have a large double room available for rent with a bathroom next door to the bedroom. You will have shared access to a large, fully furnished kitchen. We have a large garden and a patio area with plenty of parking.
The house is a farmhouse so lots of outdoor space. We’re on the outskirts of Exeter so in the countryside but only 2 minutes from the M5. This would suit a working professional or mature student looking for somewhere to stay during the week to save a commute.
The room will be furnished but please note that it won’t be the furniture in the pictures - we have been redecorating so using this room in the meantime.
