Double room with en-suite. 4 min walk to beach

4 min walk to Goodrington beach and the South West Coast path, perfect for walks, post work BBQs and sea swimming! Close to main bus routes, great gym nearby (Clennon Valley), shops, pub, cafe and takeaways within walking distance.

About the house (watch the video!):
Spacious 3 bedroom house with loads of shared spaces (lounge/diner/2 conservatories/garden etc),. I've got parking for two cars and lots of storage (including a garage - handy for wetsuits etc!). I bought this house with the intention of getting a housemate to share with - you'll have the top floor to yourself, which is a good-sized double room with en-suite. This house is great for socialising, but also has loads of space for when you want some quiet time to chill on your own.

What i'm looking for in a housemate:
looking for a friendly, sociable professional between 24-44 who might want to hang out every now and again, and will be tidy, respectful and good at communicating.

About me:
I'm Sally - friendly & good-natured professional, 32 years old. Currently working from home. I grew up in Torbay and have lived all over the place for the last 12 years, moved back to get on the property ladder and be by the sea! I have a dog - she is a golden retriever named Pig (she's well behaved, gentle and super cuddly - honestly the perfect dog!).

Interests include sea swimming, travelling, socialising, art, chilling out at home with the occasional glass of wine, walking with my dog, cooking, exploring, camping, meeting new people etc.

I'm very easy going, I like to have fun and have good relationships with new friends/old friends/family (everyone really). I'm tidy and respectful of privacy, noise, and personal space. I've lived in house shares for 12+ years and have made amazing friends from house shares, so I like to think I'm a pretty good housemate (if I do say so myself!).

I work in PR, aiming to get into sustainability communications or start my own business eventually.

BILLS: Are £170 a month, I manage them all myself so you would pay the £480 rent plus £170 bills a month (£650 total).
