Cosy, warm bedroom in small countryside house

Hi!
I'm advertising my small double room, it's warm and quiet with new carpet, mattress and carefully decorated.

It's really important to emphasise that I am a quiet person, and need a quiet lodger. From experience I am now drawing the line at no sleep overs, no working from home, and only the occasional friend over as my home is a peaceful place where I need to feel comfortable.

If you are looking for a relaxing base with casual socialising then this might be for you. But I don't want someone who will chew my ear off as soon as I step through the door, and I won't hoover around you as you lie on the sofa all day.

The house is in a great location, 20 mins from the beach, 1 hour and under to Exeter. Good links to Barnstaple hospital. Perfect for students, or rotational professionals. Amazing countryside is literally on the doorstop.

There is a big garden, decking and a lawn over looking the valley.

I have two chilled house cats, and a well behaved dog so you MUST be an animal lover. But don't worry, the house is kept clean.

There's a washing machine and 3/4 dryer for smaller bits. There is on street parking. Again from experience there will be a contract to sign also, and house rules regarding tidying up after yourself. A rota will be made.
