Double Room Available In House Share

A lovely double room in a lovely house share with me 😁 situated in the beautiful, peaceful village of Harberton, just a 5 minute drive from Totnes. It is a quiet village with a beautiful traditional pub just a short walk from the house. The room is available for a long or short term let and will come unfurnished (but there is a large wardrobe with draws that comes with the room that was here when I moved in..... I am sure I can ask the landlord to remove it if you don't want it). There is already a dog in the property but another pet may be considered ☺.
There will be a £400 deposit required and all bills are shared equally (water, electricity, broadband, TV licence, council tax, oil) making the total living cost an average of £560 pcm.
Shared use of the living area, kitchen and bathroom. House comes with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher.
I am easygoing, clean and tidy. There is a small garden, it's not much more than a patch of grass and some planters, but it's a garden and I love it, however there is several fields within walking distance which makes up for the lack of outdoor space. Parking is on road but 9 times out of 10 there is a space right outside the house (there is an unspoken rule in the village that the spaces outside the houses belong to the houses.... It seems to have been around for years!). I work Monday and Friday 8-5. I am hoping to find someone who I can get to know well, get on with and have a laugh with, who will also enjoy living with my pooch, Frank. 🐶
