Current housemate is tidy and easy going. There is one very lovely dog at the property currently. I am looking for someone who wants to feel at home and enjoy the property and the lovely garden. ideally someone likeminded. We are close to Dartmoor and have really lovely walks surrounding the cottage. Hatherleigh is a great place to live, short drive to local beaches, good local amenities and good access to the A30 to get to Cornwall or up towards Exeter.
