I am looking for a kind, thoughtful and respectful housemate to share the gorgeous Farmhouse I live in at Ullacombe.
It is a large property at the foot of Haytor with mod cons and traditional features.
The double room is large with own shower room available.
The rest of the house has a large kitchen dinner, large lounge and gardens, bike storage, car port, shed.
I am a secondary teacher with a love of art, design and literature. I would be looking for a house -mate for a friendly home.
You would be sharing with just myself , my temporary house mate who works for an environmental charity and my two boys (age 12 & 14) who stay half the week.
There is a large garden on two levels that you are welcome to take an area of for yourself. My boys tend to mow the lawn and I'm a keen gardener so no obligation if you're not green-fingered.
Part time children welcome as are ethically-minded meat eaters or vegetarians.
No dogs allowed on the tenancy I'm afraid but one cat and other animals would be considered.
