The cottage is very spacious with shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge area of which includes a log burner. I am a quiet, tidy and friendly working professional looking for a house mate very similar. The rent is £450 a month for a single person but I will consider a working couple for £500 pcm. All bills are included however there is currently no TV license connected to the property but if wanted this can be arranged. There is a £300 deposit which will need to be paid with a first months rent up front. The room will be available from the 1st January and I am looking a for a long term let.
