Delightful double room in delightful Ide nr Exeter

A delightful double room is available in my three-bedroomed cottage here in Ide. We have the best of both worlds in Ide, close to Exeter, 10 mins on a bike or the bus, two pubs and one minute into open Countryside.

I share my house beautiful and busy dog called Beau. So in letting the room, I am looking for someone who is dog friendly, I also travel a lot and would welcome anyone who is happy to look after her, for reduced rent when I am away.

The house has just undergone a £25k refurbishment, with a brand new kitchen, decoration, and a great standard of classy furnishings and white goods. The lounge has a real fire, central heating, and a small courtyard garden with a log burner. Full set of white goods, kitchen equipment, bedding etc is available.

I am a fairly laid-back sort of guy but uber clean and tidy and the house has a cleaner each week, I would expect the same from a flatmate.

The cottage has 3 floors and two downstairs living spaces.

It is best to be upfront that I am liberal-minded in life and politics, and value equality and diversity, a trait which would be important for anyone sharing. I am a business owner and also teach at a University, I hold a Master in Laws, and am very interested in fitness and a healthy lifestyle, but 17 paces from a pub is tricky!

All bills are included, the use of a cycle, gym weights, the house and room are fully equipped, all you need to do is turn up with a suitcase as have plenty of bedding and towels.

I hope you will be laid back, have values similar to mine, love dogs, a good hike, and town and country life, then my cottage could be for you.

Students welcome as I am a business owner and a PhD research student.

Alas, this is for single people and not a couple, by all means, if you have a partner they can stay when I am not here.
