The apartment is a fully self-contained and private annexe to a large Victorian renovated property in the lovely quiet conservation area of Torrs Park. With its own entrance, the apartment is directly on the South West Coastal Path. 10 minute walk along the coast path to the nearest beach. 5 minutes walk to the High Street. Less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket (Lidl) and bus stops. Loads of outdoor space to keep a bike, surf board or other sporting equipment.
