Double en suite room on water's edge - amazing views., fantastic location for town. 10 minute walk, if that along the water's edge to town, shops, pubs, gym, swimming pool etc,

Slipway onto the water in the garden next to the flat - ideal for launching paddle board or kayak.

Ground floor flat in smart gated complex set in waterside gardens. The flat has its own patio over looking the water + communal gardens for use.

I would prefer someone who is a morning person not a night owl ideally, kind, quiet + calm and who laughs easily. Fat cat sometimes in residence (but not often) so mustn't mind him being about when he stays.

Looking for someone to share my home who is hassle free, tidy and very importantly someone honest, responsible and reliable.

Room has double bed with really good quality mattress, chest of drawers, large built in wardrobe, desk/dressing table, new en suite bathroom with power shower over bath. Shared use of kitchen, patio + sitting room obviously.

Council tax & water bills are included in the £600 a month. Share electric bill (I don't use much so seems fairest way to go - happy to show previous bills for consumption use). At present I don't have broadband as I hotspot/tether from my phone but might consider putting in if long term lodger? I find the mobile signal here excellent.

Hoping to find someone like minded to me, who really enjoys the outdoor lifestyle the South Hams has to offer with water access only metres from the flat and beaches within a very short drive, who is looking for a quality, secure place to stay who is calm, relaxed and considerate.
