Large double room with own bathroom and kitchenette. easy commuter links close to torquay hospital. quiet house no children suit shift worker or professional.
There is off road parking for a small car and is in quiet residential area. There is a washing machine and use of a tumble dryer. Large rear sun trap garden. There will be additional charge for council tax on monthly basis but all other bills included.
This would suit a shift worker. We are close to torbay hospital and a great base for coastal and dartmoor walks and cycling.
We have a rescue spaniel and the property has in the past suited someone willing to walk dog / dog sit on occasion.
Covid-19 virus Government guidance on viewings:
An initial videocall maybe used in place of a physical viewing, so that you will be able to see the property and ask any questions about it, without initially needing to enter the property. If the property is vacant, then a viewing in person may also be arranged after a videocall has been completed first. Viewings in person must be in compliance with social distancing guidelines.
