We have a good sized double room in our beautiful home for rent, which includes all mod cons as you would expect.

The room is ground level with its own private entrance making it your own space if you wish.

Additionally, we have a contemporary shower room installed making it a modern living space which would be perfect for a professional working individual.

Our home benefits from a south facing, fully landscaped quiet garden, and a driveway for our two cars as well as a third, if the individual has one.

Our locations is in Kingsteignton, only 25 minute walk to the main railway station which offers excellent mainline links to Cornwall, London and the North of England.

The local town of Newton Abbot is only 20 minutes walk, offering everything you would need including supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors surgeries and a bus station.

Newton Abbot is a beautiful place to live and our home is perfectly located for someone who wants to fully explore the area.

As you will see from our pictures, we have a miniature sausage dog. We are house proud, clean and tidy, so please do not be put off by him! For dog lovers he is a dream, and for non dog lovers, he will end up being your best friend very quickly!!!!!
On a serious note though, he is no hassle and wouldn't be a problem.

All we ask from a potential house mate would be mutual respect, polite, considerate and clean... Oh and a sense of humour wouldn't go a miss too! 😉
