I have a double room to let in a sizeable detached house that has a large garden with great views. It's in a quiet, end of lane village location. The main bathroom, which is next to the room, goes with the room as I have an en-suite.
The photo shows the room as furnished by the last tenant but the room is currently unfurnished. If required I can put in a bed, mattress and chest of drawers.
I'm open to the idea of pets, a dog particularly, but no cats please - the garden has a large number of birds.
I'm a tidy person and prefer the house to be quiet after 10pm during the week.
35 minute drive to Exeter, 15mins to Okehampton and Launceston and slightly more to Tavistock.
All bills - utilities, broadband, council tax etc. are included.
