Double room with ensuite shower in recently built 2 bed end-of-terrace house. Large wardrobe, over-stairs built-in cupboard, chest of drawers and bedsides provided. Bed base has 2 drawers for storage. Light brown and cream décor.

Alternatively a non-ensuite room is available with sole use of main bathroom if preferred.

I work away a lot and will only be in the house on the odd occasion every few weeks so you will pretty much have the place to yourself.

Lounge diner and kitchen all newly fitted out. Looking for tidy respectful person who will keep the place in excellent condition.

All bills and basic wi-fi included. Satellite dish and fibre connection available but no active account so if you want a Sky TV or high speed internet package it will be your responsibility to organise.

Situated in the Buckland area of Newton Abbot, not far from Penn-Inn roundabout. with easy access to Teignmouth, Torbay and Exeter. Off street parking space but no garage or outside storage.

Walkable from train station (but it's about half an hour up hill). Local bus route passes through to town centre, with links to further afield from main bus terminal.
