Hut in Orchard in a farm!

An extraordinary opportunity to live for a few months in a Shepherd's Hut. Set in an orchard on a farm this hut is emersed in nature. With a beautiful living area and spectacular views from your decking balcony. The kitchen and bathroom are a very short walk away from the hut but for sole use occupants. There is a strong 4G signal, so you can use mobile tethering for a lap top. The area is completely self contained.

You will share a double parking space with one other car.

Occupant must be happy to walk to and from kitchen and bathroom in all weather.

As the hut is on a farm, you will need to be comfortable with 2 dogs, a number of cats, and chickens/cockerels (and insects) that may pop up now and then. You will hear the birds, owls, dogs, cows and cockerells too. You will NOT have access to the farm yard or farm buildings. We are looking for someone who wants a break from the norm and happy in nature.

Great location for accessing walks and 5 mins from Wonwell and Bigbury beach.

Myself and my family (partner and young 2 boys ) live next door. I can see your kitchen from my kitchen but your hut is in an enclosed orchard and very private.

Council tax and the cost of running water is included in price. Electricity and drinking water is not included so the cost depends on consumption.
