Master BR with Ensuite

I have a room available in my own home. The room advertised is a large furnished master bed with ensuite although I don't mind letting out the smaller furnished double bed for slightly less. Couples, short term and Mon to Fri lets welcome although a different rate would apply. All bills including unlimited wifi included. I currently need to furnish the front room (sofa) and and dining area (table and chairs), if this has not been done by the time the room is let then there will be a reduction in rent until these jobs are completed. There is off street parking for 1 car which I use but if you get back before I do and there is no on street parking available then you are more than welcome to park there. I work relatively long hours and am out of the house early and back in just after tea time. I am out most weekends or popping in and out unless the weather takes a turn for the worse in which case I will have my young child with me watching lots of disney shows and playing with toys.
25 minutes to Exeter. Traffic avoidable routes to A38/A380 East and West. Torquay, Paignton and Dartmoor very close. Bus route 1 minute walk from house.
