I'm looking for a professional person to share my home with myself & my grown-up son. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the town centre & with easy access to A38 (even in rush hour traffic). There's parking on road. I don't want a party-animal, but it's a fairly relaxed household.
I also live a short distance from the local Leisure Centre & Bus Station.
Double-bed furnished room, shared bathroom with bath & electric shower, dining room & living room, kitchen & rear garden. There is space for more furniture in the bedroom & I am happy to purchase necessary items within reason (i. e. Desk/armchair, there is also a Chest of Drawers available).
Professional Only. Broadband & Bills included.
No pets allowed as I already have 2 cats.
I don't have an issue with you being a smoker, but no smoking allowed inside the property, there is a covered area in the back garden.
Whoever rents the room, must Not eat/cook fish (at home) due to my severe food allergy. So NO Pescatarian's.
If looking for a short-let (weekly rent), rent would be £110 per week. Deposit to be discussed.
