Thanks for checking out our ad.

We have a lovely downstairs double bedroom to rent with use of the downstairs shower room shared with one other male housemate. The house has a lovely kitchen/diner where you will have your own large cupboard for food along with shared space in the 'communal cupboards' for things like condiments and drinks if you would like to. We also have a fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher which everyone has access to.

With regards to keeping the communal areas clean, everyone takes responsibility for this and we are very house proud.

We also have a lovely shared living room with folding windows which provide views out to Dartmoor and a lovely front and large back garden (completed with BBQ and fire pit).

For some information about us, the current tenants, we consist of a Graphic Designer, a Custody Liaison Officer and a Residential Support Worker, we have lived together for roughly 3 years now. Myself and my partner have a beautiful Golden Retriever x Husky dog called Cody (so please make sure you are comfortable with big dogs before messaging) and a British Blue cat named Toby. We have created a warm and welcoming home and are looking for a housemate who will help us to maintain this. We all often have friends and family visiting (Pre COVID) and would encourage the new tenant to do the same (Post COVID - fingers crossed!) however with regards to parties or large gatherings we are always courteous of each other and keep noise to a minimum at night to ensure we keep our neighbours happy.

There is on road parking outside the house and all over Buckland and a handy Co-Op just 2 minutes walk away.
